This is a major milestone and a powerful recognition of the work Dean is doing — not just through Squaddie Box, but across the wider neurodivergent and veteran communities. As a disabled veteran and passionate advocate for inclusion, Dean brings lived experience, insight, and unwavering drive to everything he does. His new role with ION will help shape national conversations around neurodiversity, accessibility, and meaningful change.
