We’re excited to share that Squaddie Box is now being formally registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC). This move allows us to start delivering real-world impact immediately, while we continue the process of gaining full charitable status.
Setting up as a CIC means we can operate with the same values and purpose — supporting homeless veterans and blue light workers across the UK — while also giving us the flexibility to build partnerships, receive funding, and roll out our national mailbox network faster. Our long-term goal remains the same: to become a recognised charity with deep community roots and sustainable reach. But this interim step gives us the legal structure and momentum to start helping people right now.
